Venezuela’s Guaido may be stripped of immunity

Blackouts in Venezuela have caused massive water shortages, and citizens are attempting to gain access to basic resources. President Nicolas Maduro presented a 30-day plan to ration electricity and plans to open schools in the coming days. In the meantime, opposition leader Juan Guaido may be facing new legal challenges as the Venezuelan chief justice called for him to be stripped of immunity from prosecution.
