Hung up on warrantless phone surveillance

A bipartisan group of lawmakers has proposed a bill to end the NSA’s mass collection of phone data. They hope that passing the “Ending Mass Collection of Americans’ Phone Records Act” will stop “one of the sprawling surveillance state’s most intrusive overreaches.” But will it go far enough?
